HOW DOES THIS DEAL WORK?

Every horse in the sale has a six month or newer negative Coggins Test. Our first session is our Breeder Session. To qualify for the Breeder Session, the seller must be listed as the breeder or original owner at the top of the registration papers. On bred mares or mares with foal, seller must be the current recorded owner of the mare and service stud or have purchased the stud service. The young horses in this session have never been to town before and are like buying a brand new car. You don't have to worry if they have been wrecked, in a flood, had the speedometer turned back or driven by a wildman.

Our next session is our Horseman's Session and is for all other  horses meeting the same health and test requirements.

 If you are not experienced at buying horses at auction I strongly advise you to get a coach or call me for help. Our auction is a B.S. Free environment. If you will listen closely and pay attention it is a simple process you will pick up on quickly. The auctioneer starts the bidding, you can bid directly to him or the ringmen. Do not be timid. Get your hand in the air and make eye contact. Then you know where you are. Our sale has a reserve which means the seller can No Sell or Pass Out (PO) his horse. At that time you can negotiate a deal with the seller before he leaves the ring or out back which must go through our office. If you are unable to attend the sale and want to make a purchase call me for assistance. Purchases may be left over night and there are people available to haul your horses. Warning, horses are potentially very dangerous. When in the pens and alley ways exercise the utmost caution. Absolutely no unattended children or dogs in the horse barn! Enter at your own risk.
